Overview

Cloudcure is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with experience in offering patient-facing care. Collaboration and learning are significant aspects of this role. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at an early stage with potential for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments, evaluations and take patient history
• Offer treatment options and guidance to patients on our platform
• Order, interpret and perform diagnostic tests
• Develop care plans including prescribing medications or therapies
• Collaborate and consult with the care team and stakeholders as needed
• Model a culture of treating each patient with respect and enthusiasm and ensure the team delivers client care excellence

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in Nursing and accredited as Nurse Practitioner
• Valid and active permit to practice in Ontario as a Nurse Practitioner (Primary care or Adult)
• Desire to work in an innovative, dynamic environment that encourages professionalism, patient outcomes and experience, and autonomy
