Job Description – Parts Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Parts Sales Representative plays a key role within our Parts Division. They support customers with inquiries, sales, and service requests, as well as billing and order processing. This role combines inside sales, customer service, and administrative support to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of commercial laundry parts and complete customer satisfaction.

This position offers an overall annual compensation opportunity of $100,000 and more, including a base salary of $50,000 and performance-based incentives for high-performing candidates.

Main Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

  • Respond to phone and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts or solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and issue parts sales invoices.
  • Follow up on quotes, pending orders, and outstanding accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and sales logs.
  • Prospect new customers through cold calls and business relationship development.
Inventory and Order Management
  • Research and order parts from suppliers as needed.
  • Process returns, credits, and warranty claims promptly to meet supplier and customer timelines.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with established service and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Sales Manager to improve processes, increase efficiency, and achieve profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement action plans to support customer growth and retention.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Health, Safety, and Compliance
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and ISO procedures.
  • Report any hazardous or non-compliant conditions promptly.
  • Use company property, information, and assets responsibly and confidentially.
Qualifications

  • Bilingual (French/English), spoken, read, and written.
