Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with business improvement projects.
• Experience in paper manufacturing is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and process support for a designated tissue machine.
• Lead process improvement activities focused on safety and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain equipment and process reliability.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Industrial, Pulp and Paper Engineering or Environmental Science

2 to 7 years in a manufacturing environment

Experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical & Instrumentation

Experience with AVEVA PI Systems or Parcview

Experience with lean management initiatives

Previous experience in the paper industry

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
