With over 50 Roofmart locations across Canada, we are strategically positioned to handle all our customer needs. We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, support and build relationships with existing customers as well as develop new customers
• Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers by converting them away from competitor products
• Define, build, implement and monitor Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities
• Create action plans for defined sales targets and work with our suppliers to execute the plans
• Educate customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels

Qualifications

• College Diploma or Degree (in Business / Sales / Marketing preferred) and / or 3 or more years of successful Roofing Sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to travel
