Outside Sales Representative – HVAC Division (Full-Time)

About Us:

National Supply Centre is a leading HVAC wholesaler serving contractors and businesses across Northern Ontario. We are known for our excellent customer service, reliable products, and strong industry relationships.

We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Outside Sales Representative to join our Timmins team.

Position Overview:

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our full line of HVAC products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote HVAC Refrigeration and industrial products and solutions to contractors, builders, and industrial clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate technical and sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
  • Travel to customer sites within the region as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or related field (wholesale/distribution preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must provide Police Clearance Certificate prior to employment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
