About C.T.S. Food Brokers Inc.
C.T.S. Food Brokers Inc. is a growing food distribution company supplying premium specialty products to grocery stores and foodservice operators across Ontario. We are expanding our product portfolio and customer base and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help drive growth in the Greater Toronto Area.
This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and account growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a sales territory within the GTA
  • Prospect new customers through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking
  • Build long-term relationships with chefs, buyers, and store managers
  • Present and sell our product portfolio with confidence
  • Manage pricing discussions, promotions, and product launches
  • Grow existing accounts and increase order volume
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and digital tools
  • Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure excellent service
  • Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (foodservice / CPG / distribution preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect and close new business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
  • Bilingual English / French is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
  • Year 1 Base Salary: $60,000 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Year 2+: $40,000 base + uncapped commission
  • Realistic On-Target Earnings: $80,000-$120,000+
