Job description
Rotation/Shifts

Days, 8 hour shifts (09:00 - 15:00).

Basic Requirements
  • Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12);
  • Six (6) months recent clerical experience, or successful completion of TOH Pathway to Clerical Role Program;
  • Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
  • Data Entry (4000 keystrokes/hour);
  • Basic Word;
  • Basic Excel;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).

Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English speaking clients.

Please Note

If there are no qualified candidates who have 6 months clerical experience, candidates who are enrolled or have graduated with a diploma or degree from a college or university program and meet all the other qualifications will then be considered.
