Overview

Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. You’ll engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with SMB clients to understand their wireless service needs and opportunities to improve value.
  • Consult on current packages and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to driving value.
Experience & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. General retail roles that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements
  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
  • Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
  • Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.
  • Paid training: Get fully certified before you start.
  • Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
