Order Processing Associate (Supply Chain)

Working Hours: 02.00pm – 11.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing Customer Purchase Order.
• Coordinates with customers and internal departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, and product availability.
• Track shipment, delivery, billing, and backlog activities.
• Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.
