Overview

As an Order Picker, you will prepare orders for customers in Halifax and beyond. In this role you will accurately complete orders in a timely manner. You will regularly communicate with customers by phone to take orders and provide other customer services. You will also inspect products for quality assurance and help to maintain a safe environment. Your excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. Please note that you must be able to lift, push and pull up to 100 lbs. This position requires a candidate who is flexible to chance their schedule from time to time according to business needs including nights and weekends. The typical schedule is from 12 PM to 8 PM, various days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Communicate with customers by phone to take orders and provide customer service
• Inspect products for quality assurance
• Help maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Lift, push and pull up to 100 lbs
• Maintain flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, according to business needs
