A leading global energy management company is seeking an Order Management Supervisor for its Mississauga location. This role involves supervising the Order Management team, ensuring excellent service delivery to customers, and overseeing quality management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management and experience in leading customer service teams. With a focus on sustainable business practices, this position offers opportunities for impactful growth and development.
Will be responsible for supervising Order Management staff as well as overseeing dotted line responsibilities for Purchasing support to Ecofit Canada Operations.
Key duties include managing the team in supplying accurate, thorough, timely and quality service to internal and external customers. Driving safe work practices. Achieve business growth and success through management of orders, cost, talent management, employee engagement, collaborative work with all functions, continuous process improvements, cost savings and supply base management.
