You will be the frontline connection between client and our customers—responding to inquiries, managing sales orders, and ensuring seamless post-sale support. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Review and process purchase orders, quotes, and sales agreements
  • Assist with billing, warranty claims, product-related questions, and order fulfillment
  • Document and escalate customer complaints when needed
  • Support internal teams with customer-related reporting
  • Provide in-house guidance for non-technical support topics
  • Meet weekly and monthly performance goals, collaborating cross-functionally to support team success
