The Order and Operations Analyst’s responsibility is to operate an efficient order to cash flow utilizing processes and controls while providing world class service to internal and external customers. The role also ensures the order fulfilment process is carried out in accordance with all policies and procedures to achieve financial goals and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, qualify, process, and expedite all sales orders for SNA business partners from purchase order to billing, effectively and efficiently
  • Directs and coordinates with Sony team members to ensure accurate master data, timely shipment of goods and accurate invoicing to minimize DSO impact
  • Effectively support KPI's and yearly goals by identifying, initiating and implementing improvements to optimize operational efficiency
  • Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e‑mail in an in‑ or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards
  • Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints
Minimum Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing and/or supply chain management
  • Understanding of ERP systems, especially Sales and Distribution
  • Basic understanding of Credit and A/R
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work both independently and in a team environment, strong organizational, analytical and problem solving
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Knowledge and use of SAP- Sales and Distribution Module
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals
  • Ability to identify weaknesses in processes and recommend/implement continuous improvement initiatives

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $48,859 to $58,478. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This salary range does not include any benefits, pension, or any other compensation components that a regular full‑time employee may be eligible for.
