A leading home furnishing company in Toronto is looking for an Order Admin Support Coordinator to ensure accurate order processing and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining accounts, responding to inquiries, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The company offers a compensation range of $60,000 - $68,000 annually along with various benefits including generous paid time off and health care coverage.
This position is based on-site at our Scarborough location (875 Middlefield Rd) and requires regular in-person attendance, 5 days per week.
The Order Admin Support Coordinator ensures accurate order processing and exceptional customer service while providing flexible coverage for the front reception desk and other administrative tasks. This role responds to inquiries across multiple channels, resolves issues professionally, and supports smooth operations during team absences.
Compensation: $25/h + Monthly Sales Bonus subject to the terms of the monthly bonus plan. The total compensation range of this position is between $60,000 - $68,0000
