The Operations Coordinator is a hands‑on support role that assists the District Manager with the day‑to‑day management of multiple remote hospitality projects across Northern Canada (NWT and NU). This position is responsible for building and maintaining staff schedules, coordinating personnel requirements, managing HR administration and payroll, and providing additional operational support as needed. The Coordinator will work closely with project teams to ensure smooth schedule execution, compliance with company and client standards, and effective communication across all levels. This role is designed as a developmental pathway to the Operations Manager position. Ideal candidates will have experience in remote camp or project environments, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in challenging, dynamic settings. Willingness to travel for extended periods and work weekends is essential. This is a field based hands‑on, site based position.
