2 Month Contract - Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator in Milton, you will oversee the rental counter and administration to ensure streamlined and customer-focused operations day to day.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and document on-site inventories of trailers and communicate findings to the operations team daily, primarily through Yard Checks
  • Liaise with the Service Department to ensure trailers requiring repairs are processed
  • Provide information about rental items, such as availability, operation or description of trailers to customers/sales/operations team
  • Answer and follow up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the trailer/transportation industry is an asset.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and excellent organizational skills.
