Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspection of company vehicles, tugs, ramps, and tractors
- Manage sending and receiving parts as needed, in accordance with established work instructions
- Conduct daily transport between YBG – BRS
- Operate a forklift safely and maintain a valid license
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the “Drop Zone” area
- Monitor and replenish supply bins to maintain minimum and maximum levels
- Provide backup support and assistance to BMC, as required
- Prepare parts kits for maintenance personnel to support scheduled work
- Maintain valid certifications for handling hazardous and controlled goods
- Participate in training courses to ensure compliance and maintain qualifications
- Process multiple purchase orders and adhere to established procurement procedures
- Perform daily security control checks of the explosive’s storage area
- Assist with tool reception and provide support to the tooling controller
- Execute cyclical and annual cycle inventory counts
- Verify inventory compliance for DKs and maintain proper documentation
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Perform snow removal for the Dome, Hangar, and administrative building
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safely operate equipment and chemicals to maintain cleanliness standards
- Assemble packaging boxes as required
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within operations, supply chain, or procurement support. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Have a team spirit, but be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision to perform tasks within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines and accepted standard practices;
- Mechanical skills to maintain, repair and inspect ground support equipment, an asset
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to understand and apply instructions
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to meet work performance requirements;
- Ability to work with others and independently, with minimal supervision
- Honest and trustworthy

- Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values
- Good communication skills in French, English would be an asset

- Good physical condition
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Working Conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime
- Will be required to work outdoors
