About You
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a keen interest in Financial Services
  • 0-1+ years in Financial Services with an exposure to operations processing
  • Introductory knowledge of financial instruments; global markets, OTC security markets, fixed income and derivatives will be an advantage
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel

Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Will be responsible for meeting the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco office’s Service Level Agreement
  • Require a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of trade capture and data processing
  • Ability to follow processes and have a fundamental understanding of complex financial instruments
  • Be responsible to manage all aspects of automating and processing, via currently supported interfaces, the load of client activity/position related data into Citco’s accounting and daily reject processing; this team is expected to be able to resolve data issues based on an improved understanding of the overall lifecycle of a trade
  • Be involved in the production of daily operational deliverables in line with client/other Citco offices service level agreements
  • Configure and maintain interfaces that are used to capture transaction data
  • Work with internal and external clients to resolve any open trade capture issues
  • Facilitate the timely processing of data into Citco Fund Services core platforms
  • Verify Security Master setup to ensure proper profit and loss capture and risk management reporting
  • Support the conversion of any new clients or existing migrations in line with our standard operating model
  • Assist in verifying test results for all in house system enhancements
  • Support other business units during peak periods
  • Work with teams within and outside of Operational Support to identify and implement process improvement
  • Partake in the daily hand over of open tasks
