A community non-profit organization in Toronto is seeking an Operations Administrative Coordinator to manage client services and shelter operations. This involves providing administrative support, coordinating client services, and implementing operational improvements. The mission of the Red Door is to end homelessness for each family that comes through our doors by providing safe, temporary refuge and critical services to support them in healing, rebuilding their lives, and integrating back into a community. The Operations Administrative Coordinator ensures that all administrative functions related to Red Door Family Shelter’s client services/shelter operation are carried out and maintained effectively and efficiently.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (with flexibility to work some evenings & weekends)
Salary: $58,054.73 – $63,437.97
