Overview

This position will consist of contributing to the improvement of key operational execution processes through performance analysis. Under the supervision of the Operational Performance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing performance with an operational vision at different scales. Using key performance indicators (efficiency, appointment booking times, conversion, retention, quality of execution, etc.), he/she will act as an advisor for the Operational Excellence unit.

Responsibilities
  • Combine existing business intelligence and data analysis with the field reality, and plan the workforce according to requests to best meet capacity needs.

  • Create links with field specialists to seek business intelligence in the field, contributing to a better interpretation of the results.

  • Support the Canadian regions in the implementation and development of workforce planning practices by providing detailed data and analysis, and work closely with different managers across Canada. Support, guide and coach field managers in the execution of processes.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis reports. Serve as a support for several operational projects. Participate in the budget process and analyze variances against the budget, and modify forecasts based on analysis and meetings with various business units.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Operations Management, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience.

  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.

  • Experience in the retail and distribution sectors is an asset.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel.

  • Familiarity with Power BI is an asset.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar concepts).
