Job Function
- Participate in the development of a process framework, together with measures of process effectiveness for Supply Chain.
- Provide support in establishing standards, procedures, and processes for improvements across all sites.
- Prepare project quality assurance plans.
Job Duties
- Support the development and maintenance of work programs, quality assurance plans, and audit plans.
- Participate in developing and recommending a business process framework and in implementing performance measures, business processes, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
- Advise and assist process owners in other Supply Chain groups.
- Work with supervisors to address non-compliance issues and ensure sound advice.
- Develop and coordinate training plans to meet division objectives.
- Create communication plans aligned with process schedules.
- Facilitate communication and integration forums supporting divisional objectives.
- Maintain corrective action status reports for management.
- Assist staff with implementing new processes and change management.
- Establish and monitor performance objectives for processes.
- Design visual data models for analysis and communication.
- Conduct benchmarking and operational assessments to identify improvements.
- Serve as Ariba Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain processes.
- Develop workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and maintain related support systems.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports.
- Update Ariba Catalog and guided buying interfaces.
Qualifications
Education
- Knowledge of business methods, processes, procedure development, organizational structure, and change management, typically acquired through a four-year university degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Over 6 years of experience in planning, organization, and change management related to business improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with business process improvement policies, principles, methods, standards, and communication systems.
- Experience understanding interdepartmental relationships and recommending sustainable processes.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Ariba and PowerBI development.
- Experience with Asset Suite 9.
