Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical systems and BAS.
• Building Operator with 3-5 years’ facilities maintenance and operations experience.
• Strong technical capabilities in building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property and site inspections.
• Complete preventive/demand maintenance tasks.
• Inspect, operate, maintain and repair boilers and HVAC equipment.
• Monitor electrical power distribution and respond to alarms.
• Perform minor repairs and ensure all equipment is operated safely.
