A healthcare service provider in Sarnia is seeking a Client Service Coordinator for a casual, on-call position. The role involves handling client care inquiries, scheduling employees, and ensuring consistency in care services. Candidates should have a Secondary School Diploma and preferred experience in healthcare customer service. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required. Flexible scheduling is essential as coverage may be needed during evenings and weekends.
The Client Service Coordinator, under the direction of the immediate Supervisor, handles client care and service inquiries, arranges client care and service, and schedules Field employees and maintains scheduling information and data as required. This is a Casual, On-Call position that provides coverage during evenings and weekends to support branch needs. Flexibility is essential, as scheduling may vary based on demand.
The Client Service Coordinator reports directly to the Client Service Manager as designated by the Area Director.
The Client Service Coordinator collaborates with the Managers of Clinical Practice, the Nursing Supervisors, Case managers and the Payroll/Billing Department as appropriate.
Minimum - Secondary School Diploma. Completion of a recognized Program, such as the Licensed/Registered Practical Nurse Program and/or a Medical Terminology course is preferred.
A minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
The Client Service Coordinator must demonstrate ongoing competency in completing all expected duties and responsibilities as detailed in this job description as well as specific goals and objectives that are agreed to.
Performance will be reviewed on an ongoing basis with a formal review at the end of the six-month probationary period and subsequently, on at least an annual basis. Input will be sought from the employee, their supervisor, employees at the Branch Office and the National Service Centre and in addition, will be based on ongoing client feedback and the extent to which performance meets expectations.
