Position Overview

They are seeking an Account Executive responsible for expanding revenue through a mix of new business development and strategic account growth. You’ll uncover opportunities, build senior-level relationships, and collaborate with estimating, production, and design/prepress to deliver tailored, on print solutions. This role blends hunter mentality with consultative, solution-based selling. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of commercial print and offset, a strong command of digital print capabilities, and a proven ability to translate client goals into production-ready, profitable programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business ; build and manage a robust pipeline.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts through proactive relationship management and quarterly account planning.
  • Lead client discovery, scope requirements, and translate objectives into solutions (formats, substrates, finishes, run lengths, timelines).
  • Partner with estimating and production to prepare quotes, proposals, and RFP responses; present options and trade-offs clearly.
  • Oversee order handoff and project execution; attend press checks and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide feedback to leadership on pricing, service, and capability gaps.
  • Represent the brand professionally at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in commercial/offset printing; and digital print exposure is a must.
  • Proven track record of new business acquisition and consultative selling with multi-stakeholder buying groups (marketing, procurement, operations).
  • Strong technical understanding of offset and digital workflows (prepress, color, substrates, finishing).
  • Skilled in quoting, pricing strategy, and margin management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; executive presence.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally for client meetings.
