A leading service provider is looking for a detail-oriented candidate for a customer-facing position in Vaughan, York Region. Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to emails, and welcoming customers in person. Candidates should possess strong English language skills, punctuality, and organizational abilities. QuickBooks experience is an asset, though training will be provided. The role operates Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is a temp to perm opportunity for the right individual.
Start Date - August 2, 2022 or ASAP next week
Schedule - Monday to Friday 8a.m. to 5p.m. (half an hour unpaid lunch and 2 unpaid 15 minute coffee breaks - 8 hours of work)
Overtime Rate - No overtime / Straight hours
This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Candidate must have an excellent command of the English language, be punctual, have a great attention to detail, be organized, clean and presentable, Computer knowledge and QuickBooks experience a plus - we will however train.
This position is customer facing, answers the phone, emails, and receives customers in person - candidates that do not meet our basic criteria will be sent home right away.
