Our wonderful client is looking to fill the role of Office Administrator for their extremely busy business based in Calgary.
This role is to start out part-time at 2 days per week in order to assess the clients needs and define a hybrid schedule that will accommodate a highly confidential home office in the therapeutic sector.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, solution-driven and resourceful.Aside from proven administrative abilities, this person will be mindful and trustworthy, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and must be comfortable working with and around sensitive materials.
