Our wonderful client is looking to fill the role of Office Administrator for their extremely busy business based in Calgary.

This role is to start out part-time at 2 days per week in order to assess the clients needs and define a hybrid schedule that will accommodate a highly confidential home office in the therapeutic sector.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, solution-driven and resourceful.Aside from proven administrative abilities, this person will be mindful and trustworthy, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and must be comfortable working with and around sensitive materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Managing the email inbox on a daily basis
  • Scheduling/planning appointments and general calendar management
  • Replying to emails and phone calls, on-boarding/off boarding of clientele
  • Supporting with document intake (physical and digital copies)
  • Dropping off or picking up shipments or orders
  • Organizing documents on Google Drive
  • Assisting with the bookkeeping for any documents pertaining to cash-flow
  • Providing support for social media content (proofing/editing material)
  • Ordering supplies
  • General support/upkeep of the office when needed

Experience:

  • Previous administrative experience is required (minimum of 2 years)
  • Executive or personal assistant experience is considered a strong asset

  • Eager to support and jump in where needed
  • Organized and able to prioritize varying needs

Base Salary:$22-24 per hour

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

Remote Work:

  • This will be a hybrid work model. Some days required to work onsite, and others can be done from home.

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
