Job summary

A governmental organization in Delta is seeking an office coordinator to manage seminars, office procedures, and filing systems. Candidates should have at least a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.   • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
