A leading restoration service provider in Westville, Nova Scotia, is seeking an Office Administration team member to assist colleagues and customers with various tasks. Responsibilities include daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate data entry for billing. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, have skills in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities. This role requires a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment offering competitive hourly compensation ranging from $18.00 to $20.00.
SERVPRO is adding to our Office Administration team:
As part of our office administration team, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e‑mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
This is a role in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
