What You Will Do
  • Define and Execute Power Systems Strategy: Develop the long‑term vision and strategic roadmap for Power Systems and ensure seamless execution across all phases.
  • Lead the Offer Lifecycle: Manage end‑to‑end development of medium and low voltage solutions, from market analysis and localization to launch and optimization.
  • Drive Market Strategy: Define pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market plans that differentiate our portfolio and accelerate growth.
  • Enable Sales Success: Equip sales teams with compelling tools and resources to maximize adoption and revenue.
  • Champion Innovation: Collaborate with global product teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead and Inspire: Set strategic direction and operational objectives for the Offer Team, mentor talent, and foster operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in offer management, product marketing, or category management.
    • Proven success in go‑to‑market strategies and lifecycle management.
    • Commercial leadership experience is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
    • Expertise in pricing strategy, market analysis, and messaging development.
    • Technical knowledge of Power Systems.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Other requirements:
    • For Quebec‑based candidates functional French is required.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% (mostly nationally).
