THE LEAD

UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE MANAGER OF NUTRITION SERVICE WILL PROVIDE DIRECTION AND FEEDBACK TO EMPLOYEES AND ASSIST WITH THE MONITORING OF DAY-TO-DAY OPERTATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT INCLUDING PATIENT TRAYLINE AS WELL AS CAFETERIA SERVICES AT HOSPITAL AND PINECREST MANOR ROUND TABLE. THIS POSITION WILL WUPPORT PROPER FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION PRACTICES WITH THE DEPARTMENT AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH ALL TRAINING FOR STAFF IN THEIR JOB RULES.

Qualifications
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED.
  • AT LEAST 5 YEARS FOOD SERVICE EXPERIENCE EITH MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF THAT IN FOOD SERVICE PRODUCTION.
  • MUST UNDERSTAND MEASURE UNIT FOR RECIPES AND KNOW HOW TO USE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. PRIOR LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN A WORK ENVIRONMENT.
