  • Exercise the necessary supervision to ensure the safety and quality of care for residents;
  • Make decisions regarding nursing care and treatment or according to a collective prescription;
  • Create and maintain interactions between the family and the resident in order to encourage their involvement in decision-making;
  • Ensure follow-up of information;
  • Exercise the role of coach with members of the care team (ensure the quality of care, exercise clinical leadership, act as a resource person, encourage the motivation of the employees under your responsibility and support them need, both on a personal and professional level).
