Job summary

A leading infrastructure development company is seeking a Project Coordinator Co-op for a 12-month position in Bowmanville, Ontario. This role is part of a partnership supporting the Darlington New Nuclear Project. Responsibilities include planning material movements and assisting in project management. Candidates pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree with strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred. Night shifts may be required. Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with a large team.
• Night shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Comprehensive Work Package.
• Provide liaison function between field trades and design engineers.
• Produce status and progress reports for the project team.
• Establish interfaces with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project deliverables, design documents, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate scheduling and resolve engineering issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop material handling plans using 3D modeling tools.
