Qualifications

• Must be able to pass internal weld test.
• Weld components according to company standards ensuring tolerances are met.
• Previous experience with 5S and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow job order specifications and engineering drawings.
• Independently weld multiple parts accurately with minimal supervision.
• Set up welding equipment based on material properties.
