This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a smaller organization where you can make a direct impact. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the Controller with accounting tasks, and assisting with some HR administrative duties, such as benefits administration and employee recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or staff accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong technical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
