Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete foods utilizing standardized recipes
• Maintain the food prep area and kitchen clean and sanitized
• Oversee kitchen operation
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• May assist in recruitment and training of new staff
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, and estimate food requirements

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
