A leading nail spa in Winnipeg is seeking three Nail & Spa Salon Supervisors. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring quality in service, and training new hires. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and a high school diploma. This full-time position offers $31 per hour for 35 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Completion of nail related courses is an asset.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities for manicurist/pedicurist.
• Monitor quality of production in the salon.
• Establish work schedule and procedures for the salon.
• Resolve customers’ feedbacks and work-related issues.
• Train new staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policy.
• Order materials and supplies.
• Oversee cleaning and hygiene of the salon.

Due to business expansion and growth, we are looking for three (3) full-time, permanent (35 hr) Nail & Spa Salon Supervisors.
