Accountable directly to the Board of Directors, the President and Chief Executive Officer is the leader in the development of company’s priorities and objectives. As the strategic visionary for the organization, the President and CEO is directly responsible for the continuous improvement of the organization’s business model for the betterment of its Policyholder community. The President and CEO will establish key long-term relationships with our distribution partners, stakeholders and service providers to secure the company’s profitability and strong market position.
