We are seeking a highly motivated Municipal Enablement Director to play a pivotal role in enabling and accelerating our fibre network build program. This role is central to establishing strong partnerships with municipalities, securing permits and approvals, unlocking subsidies, and ensuring alignment with local regulations and community priorities. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our build teams, municipal, regional and provincial stakeholders, and community leaders, driving timely execution of projects while maintaining strong relationships and compliance.
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range: $130,000-$196,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 30%
