Job description

Aramark Canada is looking for a person who has a true passion for food and loves exploring and experimenting with new cuisines to join our dining team. If your personal life centers around food—from taking Instagram pictures to writing blog posts about your culinary adventures—we want to speak with you about this Multi Unit Marketing Coordinator role!

In this role, you will support multiple locations within the district, working closely with onsite food service operations teams and the Corporate Marketing team to help bring our clients’ visions and missions to life. The Multi Unit Marketing Coordinator is a champion, guardian, advocate, and ambassador of the food brand across all assigned sites.

This position requires regular travel between multiple locations and the ability to manage competing priorities across several units. This role is focused on tactical execution and hands on support of marketing initiatives, ensuring that programs and brand standards are consistently brought to life at each location.

You will support partner and consumer facing engagement activities at multiple sites, including communications, events, product launches, and community activities. You will help maintain promotional materials, support brand execution, and assist in keeping customers informed about innovative and high quality products. As a key member of the food service team, you will execute projects and initiatives across different platforms for sites within the BC district.

Job Responsibilities

A glimpse at some of the exciting tasks you will support and execute:

  • Assist multi-site operations teams with the execution of customer and client experience initiatives
  • Maintain creative materials and support customer presentations based on provided direction from the Regional Marketing Manager
  • Execute engagement activities across multiple locations showcasing new products and programs
  • Support sales growth by enhancing the consumer experience while gathering insights and executing category based marketing opportunities.
  • Execute tasks related to project coordination, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain and update website content and support digital enhancements
  • Conduct basic market research, gather campaign results, track consumer trends, and compile findings into actionable summaries
  • Support the execution of the corporate brand strategy across all assigned sites
  • Execute location-specific communications such as print materials, digital assets, and social content; assist in collecting metrics for each initiative
  • Assist in multi-site catering program execution by supporting consistency and brand standards
  • Support technology driven marketing tools such as digital screens, mobile applications, and robotics
  • Balance multiple priorities and tasks across several locations while keeping organized and meeting deadlines
  • Travel regularly between assigned sites to implement marketing initiatives and provide hands on execution support
Qualifications

What you will need to bring to Aramark:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
  • No previous job experience necessary—just proven social media knowledge and a passion for food. We need a FOODIE!!
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong eye for design and branding
  • Solid research, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Experience with content creation (blogs, press releases, internal communications, social media posts)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple locations
  • Ability to travel regularly between sites

Compensation Data
