Mosaic Mining the Future

We are accepting applications for the Mosaic Mining the Future Indigenous Students Program. Mosaic is looking for students to fill roles such as engineering, trades, business administration, and more at our Saskatchewan Potash locations in Esterhazy, Colonsay, Belle Plaine, and Regina. Please indicate location preference during the online application process.

Term

January 12 to April 24, 2026

What you need for this role
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Of Métis, First Nation, or Inuit ancestry. A status or Métis citizenship card is required.
  • Must be a full-time post-secondary student in the semester prior to the work term.
  • Students must include a resume, a copy of their most recent transcript, and fully complete the questionnaire found within the online application process.

  • Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug, and alcohol testing.
  • Reliable transportation — you will need to travel to and from work.

Where will you be working?

Mosaic Potash Esterhazy is an underground potash mine located 90 kilometers south of Yorkton. It is split between three mine sites – K1, K2 and K3, and is one of the world’s largest and most competitive underground potash mines.

Mosaic Potash Colonsay is a conventional shaft mine utilizing two-rotor mining machines and room-and-pillar techniques. This underground potash mine is located 70 kilometers southeast of Saskatoon.

Mosaic Potash Belle Plaine is a solution mine and refinery located 50 kilometers west of Regina on the Trans-Canada Highway. It is the world’s largest solution mine and is home to over 500 dedicated employees.

Mosaic Corporate Canadian Office Regina is located at 2010 12th Avenue in Regina, SK, and supports functions across Mosaic operations, including procurement, engineering, quality control, IT, public affairs, HR, and marketing.
