We are hiring Mortgage Advisors across the GTA, Vancouver, and Calgary to join our Financial Advisor Channel — a high-growth division focused on helping wealth professionals serve their clients with smarter mortgage solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and develop a regional territory (GTA, Vancouver, or Calgary) with exclusive rights to assigned accounts.
  • Act as the go-to mortgage expert for financial advisors within your territory.
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with financial advisors from partner firms to drive referral volume.
  • Support clients from initial consultation through funding, leveraging best-in-class tech tools and centralized support.
  • Drive lead growth through business development, events, and account management.
  • Over time, grow your practice by building a team under you (if desired).
What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed mortgage professional in your province (Ontario, BC, or Alberta).
  • Proven experience working with financial advisors or within the wealth management ecosystem.
  • A go-getter with a track record of building a book from the ground up.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow your business.
  • Existing relationships within the FA community to support your early ramp-up.
