Overview

Substitute Office Support Staff are required to work in St. Albert, Morinville and Legal schools and administration offices. Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools is located on the original lands of the Cree, those of Treaty 6, and on the homeland of the Métis nation. Qualifications & Duties

  • Complete or partial completion of MacEwan University Office Assistant Program or equivalent post-secondary training.
  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Familiarity with phone switchboard would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with computer systems (Mac preferred) would be an asset.
  • Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) would be an asset.
  • French Immersion training/experience is considered an asset.
