Job description

MasterTech is on the search for a licensed Millwright Maintenance Supervisor in Hamilton ON.

We need a licensed 433A Millwright. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ Millwrights and Electricians in an industrial environment. Supervisory and hands on work is required.

Compensation :

  • 46.00 / hour to start. Raises available based on performance thereafter.
  • Comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, life, etc., paid time off.
  • RRSP matching program.

Schedule :

Day Shift, 2 : 30pm to 11 : 30pm; (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.

Key Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience as a Licensed 433A Millwright.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.
  • Sound understanding of conveyors, pumps, granulators, pneumatics, hydraulics, and working knowledge of industrial tools.
  • Experience with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
  • Familiarity with standard maintenance procedures, preventative maintenance schedules, basic documentation, and proper safety techniques.
  • Proven ability to maintain internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements.
