Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair stationary crushing and milling equipment
• Install, align, and rebuild conveyor systems and related mechanical components
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Use precision tools such as laser alignment equipment, dial indicators, and micrometers
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Operate fabrication tools including lathes, milling machines, welders, and more
• Conduct vibration analysis and predictive maintenance
• Maintain air, water, and exhaust systems related to conveyors

Job Requirements & PPE

• Red Seal Millwright Certification (required)
• Levert Modules (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of conveyors, crushers, gearboxes, and industrial machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow layout plans
• Skilled in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fabrication
• Must supply your own tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to site
• Travel to and from a remote mine site with mileage paid at $0.63 / km
• PPE Required:
• • Class 3 High-visibility orange coveralls
  • Hard hat, gloves, steel-toe boots, safety glasses (prescription if needed)
  • Fit-tested respirator
