Overview

The Messer Table Operator will be responsible for the safe operation of the Messer Table. Working hours will be as per the Collective Agreement.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the Messer Table safely and efficiently, following CNC programming and cutting procedures as applicable.
  • Wear company issued coveralls and/or work wear and all assigned Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Work safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete pre-employment requirements as needed (e.g., pre-employment physical, background check).
  • Participate in in-house training and supervised training until competent in operation.
Qualifications
  • Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training.
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and be self-motivated to work without supervision when required.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada; compliance with CGP, Canadian government security clearance, and ITAR as applicable.
