Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Acquisitions & Divestitures – analyze financial metrics, conduct in‑depth research, assist in preparing presentations and due‑diligence materials.
  • Participate in sale processes, including data‑room management.
  • Corporate Restructuring – support initiatives to optimize capital allocation and improve financial efficiency.
  • Complete additional projects assigned by the team.
Qualifications
