A golf services company in Ontario is seeking a Member Services Associate to provide excellent customer service to members and guests. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player, and has a strong customer service background. Bilingual in French and English is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

The Member Services department provides a variety of customer services to all ClubLink Members and Guests through application of knowledge of our organization and its services. Associates assist Members and Guests with all inquiries and concerns and ensure the standard for customer service is maintained. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, problem solving and the ability to multitask at high levels are essential assets.
