Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technology training program with certification or eligibility for certification.
• Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario.
• Experience in antibody investigations and blood group discrepancies required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and other relevant lab duties.
• Assist internal and external customers with excellent service.
• Perform blood grouping, phenotype testing, and antibody screening.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Education

Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technology training program

Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
