Overview

Primacy Management Inc., a Calian company, is seeking qualified Family Physicians to open or relocate their practice to our medical clinic space within the Atlantic Superstore on the Mezzanine level at 25 Savoie Avenue, Atholville, NB. Location supports one Family Practice physician 6 or 7 days a week.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick
• Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)

Full Clinic Space

• 1,765 sq. ft. built-out medical clinic space with leaseholds, including built-in cabinetry and 2 reception desks and waiting room; patient chairs provided
• 6 Exam Rooms
• Two weigh stations
• Three physician offices

If you do not need the entire 1,765 sq. ft., this space can be divided into two clinics, each with its own reception desk and shared waiting room.
