• Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation.
• Takes orders for Deli Department merchandise and prepares it.
• Follows proper procedures for pricing and labeling.
• Prepares deli food orders using appropriate tools.
• Follows Health and Safety guidelines.
